It can not be understated how important accounting is to a successful real estate investment business. First-class accounting systems provides a level of feedback and accounting for ourselves and our lenders.
The local investors work hand-in-hand with our office in Eugene which provides basic support services to help run the rehab and property management operations. These services include paying employees, field staff and contractors and keeping accurate records for income and expenses on the properties. To do this we use a powerful property management and accounting software program called RentManager .
